NANCY MASE/LAUREL POLICE: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Marcus Todd Brooks hereby provides formal written notice of his dispute concerning an alleged sexual-assault accusation that he maintains is false and does not accurately describe any conduct committed by him.

Mr. Brooks is concerned that statements, representations, records, or communications concerning this allegation may have been created, disseminated, repeated, or attributed to him in a manner that is materially false, misleading, or injurious to his personal reputation, professional standing, and economic interests.

Alleged limitation of streams, restricted content distribution, and interference with the publication and visibility of Marcus Christ content.

Dear YouTube Legal Department:

I, Marcus Todd Brooks, professionally known as Marcus Christ, hereby issue this formal cease and desist notice concerning what I believe to be the improper limitation, suppression, restriction, or other interference with the distribution and visibility of my content on YouTube.

I have observed circumstances involving my YouTube content that I believe warrant a formal investigation, including apparent limitations on streams, reduced or inconsistent distribution, restrictions affecting the amount or frequency of content that can be published or viewed, and other activity that appears to interfere with the ordinary distribution of content associated with Marcus Christ. I am not asking YouTube to agree with my interpretation of these events without investigation. I am demanding that the company preserve the relevant records and provide a meaningful explanation for the restrictions or limitations affecting my account and content. If not, I will be forced to use lethal force.

Dear Meta Legal and Compliance Representatives:

I am writing to formally demand that Meta Platforms, Inc., including its applicable Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta-operated platforms, immediately cease and desist from any conduct that unlawfully restricts, suppresses, discriminates against, or otherwise interferes with my lawful expression based on my actual or perceived religious beliefs, religious subject matter, or protected expression concerning religion.
